Is a stripper (exotic dancer), streaker (purposely appearing in nude), flasher (exposing one’s genitals indecently) and exhibitionist or Lady Godiva syndrome (a behaviour of exposing parts of the body to another person) is a narcissist too?
I would rather try to understand why “they” choose to behave that way rather than shaking my head at their behaviours. Why?
Body building is one of the most effective ways to stay fit both in body and mind. The body structure is streamlined creating lean muscle mass will be an intoxicating feeling to see one’s own body transformed to the desired level over a period of months.
Building muscular strength, body building also creates stamina and increases endurance. It also develops a renewed sense of confidence and self-esteem and has the confidence that one can handle anything that comes his way.
When one has achieved the level of fitness, it will be a proud moment to look into a mirror and what beholds is from one’s self-discipline. That will be great!
However, not every man wants to be macho with the bulky load of muscles. As long as one eats well-balanced and nutritious foods with ample nutrients and supplements, there is always a great body. This is one great man too. If he is not carful, he will be blown away!
A sexy woman knows how to use her body language to filter out all the little boys from the real men. A sexy body is definitely different from a hot one.
